He was an active appraiser for over 15 years and held the designation of MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) with his own commercial appraisal firm, Dixon and Friedman.

Andrew Dixon
Graduated from FSU in 2001 and worked in TV/video production in Miami before switching to the family business in 2005 after realizing he didn’t want to be editing Telenovelas for Univision. He brought with him the technical skills to manage the growing appeals business and bring the operation into the digital age. He is a licensed Realtor and has trained as an appraiser, both aid in his ability to understand and argue tax appeal cases. In addition to managing the company, broker property and presenting appeal cases, Andrew is also a member of the Coral Gables Rotary and Board Member of the Commercial Industrial Association.
Roger Lopez
Roger joined us in 2009, after graduating with a Master’s in Anthropology from Kent State. He is fluent in English, Spanish and of course Miami Spanglish. Roger represents our clients for both real estate transactions as a licensed Realtor, and as a tax appeal agent. In addition, he is our customer service department, helping sign new clients and keeping in touch with owners during the appeal process.
Together, they have been successfully savings their client’s money on real estate taxes and solving your real estate problems. When not in the office you can probably find us out sailing on Biscayne Bay, that is, if our phones aren’t turned off.
*Coral Gables if you ask the US Post Office, though.
